
Easy and quick pancakes, perfect for a cozy breakfast! We love ours with Nutella and fresh berries.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, a dash of salt. 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cup milk (add another 1/2 cup of milk for thinner batter), 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 4 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions:
- In separate bowls, combine dry and wet ingredients.
- Make a well in the dry mix and add the wet ingredients. Stir until fully combined.
- Heat a cast iron pan over low heat and lightly grease with olive oil.
- Scoop batter onto the pan, cooking for 2–3 minutes before flipping.
- Continue cooking until both sides are golden brown.
Top with Nutella and berries, and enjoy your weekend treat!
